CARD Founder and Skills™ Co-Founder Dr. Doreen Granpeesheh will present “Autism Prevention” on Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the Autism One/Generation Rescue 2011 Conference in Lombard, Illinois. The presentation will be held inside of the Grand Ballroom at the Westin Hotel, from 5pm-6pm.
Dr. Granpeesheh’s presentation emphasizes the importance of early detection of the symptoms of autism spectrum disorder. With early detection, practitioners can identify treatment strategies and interventions that, when provided intensively, can prevent children from developing the full symptom criteria of autism. Attendees will also learn what are the red flags and which are the most effective treatment options.
The first 200 attendees will receive a Skills gift bag. The first 500 attendees will receive a Skills LED flashlight. Conference attendees can also visit the Skills and CARD exhibit area 17 and 18, located in the Westin Hotel’s main lobby. Those who sign up for Skills’ free 14-day trial will automatically receive CARD eLearning. Skills and CARD eLearning, used together, allow parents to assess their child, create an individualized treatment program, treat their child, and track their development.
