9.5 BCBA CE credit hours are offered, plus lunch. This training will describe the knowledge and skills needed to ensure effective supervision of individuals who are pursuing BACB certification. Through this training, participants will have the opportunity to learn and demonstrate understanding of: the purpose of supervision; important features of supervision, including a review of the BACB standards; the format and relevance of behavioral skills training; the proper way to deliver performance feedback; approaches for evaluating the effects of supervision; and methods for ongoing professional development for the supervisee. This training program is based on the BACB Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline but is offered independent of the BACB.
