Today we’d like to recognize Ethan, a child that was diagnosed with autism at age two and has been a member of the #CARDFamily since 2005. Since his diagnosis and treatment for autism spectrum disorder, we’ve had the privilege of being a part of Ethan’s growth and development.

The Autism Society of California is pleased to release our 2014 California Autism Survey. While a number of areas are explored in the survey, the two major areas of focus are autism insurance and employment. The survey will be open through Wednesday, February 5, 2014 for input by parents, guardians and individuals with autism.

This is the story of Maddy and her amazing story of progress through autism with the help of her dedicated and loving parents and Skills®, an online autism treatment program. Maddy wasn’t fortunate enough to live anywhere near a CARD treatment center, so her family enlisted the help of Skills – an online program for the treatment of autism. IBT offers four types of training programs, including eLearning, face-to-face training, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervision and continuing education.
